Canceling Orders Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or anytime before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

Orders That Have Been Shipped
Cancellation requests cannot be processed after an order leaves the warehouse. You can, however, initiate a return after delivery following our Return & Refund Policy.
